This square ceramic dish has a simple and functional modern design. It's depth makes it ideal for most cooked casseroles, baked or layered desserts, or even preparing a roast. It is designed with gently angled sides to ease out the food. Wide handles make it easy to remove the dish from the oven with oven mitts. The attractive dish can go from the freezer to the oven to the table for a beautiful presentation.
When cooking and baking, ceramic diffuses the heat slowly and evenly. This handmade ceramic bakeware has a highly resistant glaze which does not scratch or craze and is highly resistant to chipping; the glaze is so hard, you can cut inside the dish without harming the surface. The bakeware also has a high resistance to large differences in temperature, and can go from the freezer to a preheated oven.
